Why we started
Every Tesla owner we knew had the same complaint — a squeak from the front end, a clunk over speed bumps, a service appointment three weeks out, and a bill that didn't quite add up. The dealership model was built for a different kind of car and a different kind of customer. We wanted to build the shop we wished existed when we owned our first Tesla.
Why mobile
A brick-and-mortar shop adds rent, waiting rooms, and a tow bill to every repair. Modern Tesla suspension work doesn't need a lift bay — it needs the right tools, the right parts, and a tech who has done the job a hundred times. So we packed all of that into a van. You stay at your desk or on your couch; we handle the rest in your driveway.
Why Model 3 and Model Y only
Focus produces mastery. By specializing in the 2017–2023 Model 3 and 2020–2023 Model Y, we know every bushing, bracket, and torque spec by heart. We carry the right parts on the truck. Diagnostics take minutes instead of hours. That's how a control arm job that takes a dealership a full day takes us about an hour in your driveway.
